Online Race Registration is open until August 10th, 2017 until midnight.
Runners can register at Packet Pick-up on Friday August 11th, 2017 (location TBD)
Runners can also register at race site on August 12th, 2017 from 6am until 7:30am

Race shirts are not included with race entry. Women will have racerback tanks and men sleeveless shirts (pics coming soon).
Refund and Transfer Policy
We understand that plans change and life happens. Given this, please be aware of our refund policy. Entry fees cannot be transferred to another athlete. If the race director is notified of a need to withdrawal:
- More than 2 months out from race day: 100% refund granted
- Between 1 and 2 months out from race day: 50% refund granted
- Less than 1 month from race day: no refunds granted
If you registered for the half marathon but would like to participate in a shorter distance event instead instead, you must log on to your active account and update your race distance at least 1 week prior. All transfers will incur a $10 transfer fee and you will not receive a refund for the difference in price. If you are transferring to a more expensive event you will need to pay the difference in price.
Athletes who cannot participate in the event due to an injury or medical issue only may defer an entry to the following year if the race director is notified 1 week prior AND a note from a physician is received. Note that if there is a difference in race entry fees, or extra costs (t-shirts, etc.) the athlete will pay the difference. In the event of a deferral to the following year, it is the responsibility of the athlete to contact the race director once online registration opens for the following year.
If you cannot participate, you are welcome to come to packet pick-up to receive your bib number and other items you purchased in advance or that come with registration. We are happy to mail them to you post-race, but ask that you send in a written request to the Lay It Out Events Race Director and a check for $10 to Lay It Out Events, Inc., 704 NW Georgia Street, Bend, OR 97701. You can also pick up your packet and goodies at our office in Bend post-race as well. Thank you for understanding!
Email and Race Communications:
By registering for one of Lay It Out Events (LIOE) Races, you agree to allow LIOE to communicate with you about the race via email. Some messages may include promotions, opportunities, race series information or information about our other events and races as well. You will always have the opportunity to “opt out” of further communications from us and we will never sell or give your email address away!
